L'anthologie of Global Inestabilidad Transpuesta - Instabilidade emocional - Brazil (Part 16)

Transposing Emblem by Raphael Caetano

Emotional instability or instabilidade emocional is a sensory disharmony that activates the senses of the body to manifest affectations on the biological organism in the form of sensations or sensações that are linked to distress, suffering, depression, agony, nostalgia, cardiac changes, etc.

When a person experiences a bout of instabilidade emocional, usually the person has suffered negative stress, that is, environmental pressure which results in the triggering of dense sensações in their biological organism.

The biological organism has a strong energy storage structure. In situations of great commotion and danger, it easily achieves the release of large amounts of energy in order to establish a cause and effect relationship with the most pressing need.

The buildup of released energy is enough to awaken an avalanche of sensações triggered on the internal organs and sensors in the bodily structures.

Everything then seems to flow more intensely. The pain felt lasts longer, the excitement is more vigorous, the joy changes the transformations imposed by the sensação of extravasation.

A sigh says much more than a simple breath. A pulse of a heart is a feeling of profound significance.

There is an intense desire for the frame to take shape in front of you. In pain, one does not want absence; in joy, people want the fluidity of thought; in suffering, one desires to be free from the sensação that imprisons the mind.

A bout of instabilidade emocional can last until you have enough motivation and energy to renew your cycle.
The semantics of thought creation may come in handy as a channel to generate continued manifestations of instabilidade and to make the sensorial changes be observed more actively.

When a person is emotionally unstable, they do not have much control over their decision-making. Therefore it is important to be accompanied by someone of trust so that the sensorial affectation does not lead to actions that such a person might regret in the future.

The desire to take action is much stronger when the indivíduo is emotionally unstable.

Because there is a desire to release the excess energy that is flowing in the human organism, and when the opportunities to create such outputs happen, the motor channeling supplies the intellect with the projections that were more momentarily active to create a profile of intentions that crystallize as an immediate apprehension.

Instabilidade emocional can be momentary or evolve in the form of cycles. Generally promoting water balancing at the most difficult times greatly helps to reconcile the biological organism.

Altered states of consciousness are much more expansive when an indivíduo is going through a process of instabilidade emocional.

When such states of affectation tend to be very recurrent, that is a sign that the indivíduo should try to develop their cognition so as not to be negatively affected by sequences of thoughts which aggravate even further the feelings that do not contribute to the continued development of such an indivíduo.

The meaning that something has for a person in crisis can represent a very big amplitude when compared to a state of reaction based on rational processes.

Contact with an emotionally unstable person in such a way as to reflect a safe harbor can reduce negative sensações that swell to an exponential scale of affectation.

The balance of emotion is achieved through the sensory learning of the human body. With ageing, the indivíduo starts to assimilate how their organism is able to behave. And the reproduction of the emotional sensorial is the realization of organized stimuli on a functional scale, collaborating for the stable fixation of a human desire and the sense of existing.

When emotion is a partner of reason, then a hybrid system of high intelligence significance emerges to meet the vital needs, creating a playful atmosphere that brings together sensações and reasoning, a combination that transmits a sense of humanity to everything that is sensorally shared when the person wants to exchange reactions.

Emotions are the basis for a happy life. Reason is the basis for harmonious living. The emotion-reason biangle is the basis for an integrated life, solidified in the projection of a human value.

Instabilidade emocional is a specific state characterized by a great "fluctuation" in a person’s mood, that is, the indivíduo sees their mood or state of mind as well as their affective intensity change quickly and without a specific reason.

Thus, it is possible to observe behaviors that range from excessive cries to disproportionate euphoria, for example.

In addition, these indivíduos have an inability to control the intensity of their reactions.

Instabilidade emocional does not, in itself, represent a psychological disorder, but it is an emotional state that may be associated with other disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, organic cerebral syndromes, schizophrenia, among others.

However, not every difficulty in dealing with our emotions means that we are facing a disorder, even if the lack of control over our reactions can be very detrimental to our social life and mental health.

It is necessary to seek psychological support when we perceive that there is suffering or loss in social life due to instabilidade emocional. It is possible, with the help of psychotherapy, to learn how to better deal with our emotions, behaviors and reactions, or even to identify if there is some kind of disorder that needs specific treatment.

Emotional instability is a sensory disharmony that activates the senses of the body to manifest affectations on the biological organism in the form of sensations that are linked to distress, suffering, depression, agony, nostalgia, cardiac changes, etc.

When a person goes through a bout of emotional instability, usually the person has suffered a negative stress, that is, an environmental pressure whose result is the triggering of dense sensations on their biological organism.
